Eric Wieser, MD lives in Dallas with Kim & thier 2 daughters, Arianna & Avery. Eric purchased Squaw Mountain Ranch in 2008 and has continued the legacy of the land. SMR was one of the first high fenced game ranches in North Texas being fenced in the late 1970's.
The vast topographic variation thruout The Ranch gives Squaw Mountain Ranch an excellent habitat for both Native Whitetail and Exotic Animals from around the world. He added an additional 850 acres to the original Ranch and has made significant building and fence improvements to provide better conditions for the hunting preserve.
There are now more than 2000 acres of rugged hunting terrain that will test even the most seasoned hunters.

Brian Watson - Executive Chef
Ok, here goes...I want to start with how I came on board. I was contacted by Eric's Family to do a party for his Mother. By the end of the night, I was Squaw's Chef! Lol.
I have been a Personal Chef in the DFW Area for many years and have the capability of preparing Any Cuisine, Soups, Sauces, & Pastry, as well as accommodating any food issues, or allergies. I can prepare gluten free, dairy free meals, as well as accommodating diabetic diets, and even Cancer diets.
I take great pride in the work that I do with Squaw Mountain Ranch, and while I understand that the cuisine probably won't make or break your hunting experience, it will certainly add to having a memorable one.
No one leaves SMR hungry!!!!!!!
I went to school in Dallas, and have worked in some of the finest Hotels, Restaurants, Country Clubs, and Cty Clubs, there, West Texas, and Hawaii. And all of that experience has brought me to the Squaw Mt Ranch.
